CONGRATULATIONS (yes, i am yelling) to all our Find the King winners! If you haven’t checked your email this afternoon, you may want to look and see if you are the lucky holder of 2 ElvisFest tickets or winner of a t-shirt.

Is Elvis alive and well …and hanging in Ypsi? This week he is! As part of the ElvisFest fun, we will be sending out Elvis figurines and lifesize stand-ups of the King to various businesses around town. When you spot Elvis at some of your favorite spots let us know and we will enter you in a drawing to win ElvisFest tickets and t-shirts. Have fun with it. Go ahead and drape yourself over that surfing Elvis or shake up the snow globe. Shoot a pic of it and send it our way. You can also Tweet us or tell us a story about your sighting. Our troop of Elvises will be moving from venue to venue so get ready for multiple sightings. You can enter mulitple times a day so long as you always spot a different Elvis or spot your favorite Elvis in a new location.

How to Play and Rules?
- The King is on the move. Look for him in different stores and shops around town.
- Contest runs from Friday, July 3rd to midnight Thursday, July 9th.
- When you spot the king, contact us or tweet us @yaalife.com and add #findelvis to your tweet
- Tell us where you saw the King and what he was doing or wearing. You can even take a pic or video, send to us and we’ll post it.
- You may enter more than once a day if you find more than one King…and he’s everywhere this week.
- Winners will be contacted via email or tweet. Winners must contact us by noon on Saturday, July 11th. Any unclaimed t-shirts or tickets ElvisFest are subject to random give-aways
- 10 ElvisFest tickets will be given away in sets of 2. Tickets are good for Saturday, July 11th Elvis Fest.
- 20 “I Found the King in Ypsi” t-shirts will be given away. Number of t-shirts and ticket give-aways subject to change.

I done sawed the King in Beezy’s at 10:38am, Friday, July 3rd, 2009. He was wearing a gold lame (I believe it was lame, but I’m no expert on fabrics) suit, and kinda sneering, as was his way. He was also looking farily young; not the bloated older Elvis of jumpsuit fame.
I have spotted the king at j neils mongolian grill he is wearing a red long sleave shirt with black pants and shiny white shoes as well as a green budwiser hat. And he is jammin to his guitar!!!! (Tim from EMYou magazine filled me in on the contest)
I saw Elvis at The Tower Inn Cafe on June 6th at around 5pm when I came in for my waitressing shift. He was on a red surf board catching a sweet wave in white bathing trunks. I think he winked at me!
I saw Elvis at Toarmina’s standing out front waiting for his girl friend to get back from parking the car.
I found the King in Haab’s…he was sitting on the counter in all leather. I also saw him trapped in a snow globe in Bombidills. Going to see more at Michigan Elvis Fest on Sat. the real thing, well real impersonators…
