This 1½ hour class is an opportunity to savor a medium size meal and get ideas for planning that romantic St. Valentines Day dinner menu. Rita will prepare baked salmon served with a mango salsa over wild rice; a salad of goat cheese with arugula, figs and pomegranate seeds; and a chocolate tart with fresh raspberries.
