This 1½ hour class is an opportunity to savor a medium size meal and get ideas for planning that romantic St. Valentines Day dinner menu. Rita will prepare baked salmon served with a mango salsa over wild rice; a salad of goat cheese with arugula, figs and pomegranate seeds; and a chocolate tart with fresh raspberries. Class Fee: $25 (includes reserved seating, recipes, taste samples, and 10% off store coupon) &#8211; - &#8211; Rita is the owner of The Sage Dish, a personal chef service that offers cooking classes and in-home meal services.
